This well-maintained 21 unit Victorian home is located in the heart of downtown Malden. Residents have easy access to public transportation, employment opportunities, educational programs, financial literacy training and social service agencies. Each resident enjoys a private studio, as well as congregate kitchen and living space. There are 21 women living at Willcox Hall at any given time, each one demonstrating various states of risk/self-sufficiency. Many residents are immigrants who are stabilizing their lives and acclimating to life in the United States. Other women need job training or financial management skills so they can more effectively maintain an apartment on their own.
