YWCA Malden Board Member

The YWCA Malden is currently recruiting women with leadership experience to join our vibrant and diverse team of Board Directors.
Ideal candidates will meet one or more of the following criteria for service:

A strong background in non-profit fundraising and annual campaign initiatives in support of women and families.

Experience with state and national advocacy outreach around issues of concern to women and girls.

Skill and experience with social networking as an organizational communication and marketing tool.

If under 30, willingness to join the "30 under 30" leadership initiative for young women between the ages of 18 and 30. This is part of the YWCA board leadership development campaign.

Time commitment to attend monthly board meetings and to carry out committee assignments.

A passion for the agency mission: of eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all.
