Worksmart is an afterschool program that runs in partnership with the YWCA and Malden High School. The program’s focus is college and career readiness skills, the development of 21st century skills, and leadership development. The club meets weekly and works on resume development, mock interviews, financial literacy, team building, college application components, college financial aid form assistance, and more! As a group, we’ve attended various college field trips to increase college exposure, as well as explored local businesses and career opportunities.
